13 Asian Nations to Create Multilateral Currency Swap Deal

Finance ministers from the Association of Southeast Asian Nations plus China, Japan and South Korea agreed on Sunday to
upgrade the existing network of bilateral currency swap schemes to a multilateral operation by the end of this year.
The finance ministers also agreed to be vigilant over the possible impact on the regional economy
