Jobless Data on the Rise Again

After falling back last week unemployment rises
Last week, encouraging economic data showed that jobless claims were down. This week — as has been seen in this volatile time — unemployment is up again.
The expectation that initial jobless claims will be 640,000 this week, up from 613,000. Ongoing unemployment claims rose to 93,000 as well, according to Briefing.com.
More than 5 million jobs have been lost since January 2008. This is likely to put a damper on hopes that the economy is improving substantially, and could change the outcome of today’s financial and trading markets.
